But most important,
tell your customers what is inside of the email.
Yep, sounds too good to be true but that’s what all the research says over and over.
One more thing, don’t confuse newsletter’s with promotions.
For newsletters the name and issue of newsletter’s do well
and if it’s a special promotion . . .
well, tell them that.
To quote the the big chimp himself:
